Define me how?
The image on the top was found on http://www.lostateminor.com/2010/06/24/jean-francois-carlys-snakes-series/, while I took the photo on the bottom.
A clear difference between the two is the celebration of color in my photograph while the upper is more washed out, and grim. However there are clear similarities too.
In both cases, the snake and the scarf seem to say something about the person which they are wrapped around. The snake in the top photo probably shows the toughness of the man on the top while the scarf shows the creative expression of the girl who I photographed today. In both pictures the "props" are wrapped around the person, and therefore are intimately connected with the person's persona.
