The photograph of the door is one taken by Declan O’Doherty (http://declanod.wordpress.com/tag/door-photography) A lot of the work I saw of his focused on different types of doors. I feel like this is a common theme because I've seen many types of posters that just have different doors on them, usually focusing on all doors from a certain location.
In response to O'Doherty's door photo I took a picture of the house I live in at school. The door of the house is pretty basic, just white with slender windows on either side so I focused on the entire house not just the door.
