I know I have been a bit over kill with the Henri Cartier Bresson throughout these blog entries but its not my fault he is the man. I chose his photo of boys playing with a wheel in Italy to Juxtapose my image of a woman walking through the streets of Princeton because of the geometrical elements within the image. Bresson placed a strong emphasis on the set up of his street photography in terms of the orientation his subjects had within the landscape. He was fascinated with the geometrical shapes that the man made or natural world formed and he strove to incorporate those within his photos. Mine is a testament to his style.
